VoiceAI Studio builds customized AI voice agents and automation solutions for businesses. We are an AI solution builder and implementation provider. We do not develop or own the underlying artificial intelligence models, telephony networks, speech technologies, or third-party platforms that may be used within a particular implementation.
1. Technology Platforms
Depending on the project, VoiceAI Studio may use third-party platforms and providers for AI voice infrastructure, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, large language models, telephony, call routing, calendar integrations, hosting, analytics, and other automation functionality. One platform we may use is Vapi. Other third-party providers may also process information as necessary to provide a particular AI voice solution.
2. AI Limitations
AI-generated responses can occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. AI agents should therefore be configured, tested, monitored, and reviewed appropriately before and during production use. Businesses using our services remain responsible for reviewing their AI agent’s behavior and ensuring that its use is appropriate for their industry and applicable laws.
3. Healthcare
AI voice agents used by healthcare organizations may involve additional privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. VoiceAI Studio does not automatically represent that every implementation is HIPAA compliant. Healthcare clients should discuss their specific requirements with VoiceAI Studio before deployment.
4. Transparency
Our goal is to build practical AI solutions while being transparent about the technology behind them. VoiceAI Studio focuses on building and implementing AI solutions using available technology platforms, rather than claiming ownership of the underlying AI technologies.
