We build solutions using third-party technology platforms and providers where appropriate. VoiceAI Studio does not claim ownership of or represent itself as the creator of third-party AI platforms used to provide our services.
2. Services
Our services may include AI voice-agent development, AI receptionist configuration, call-flow design, business knowledge configuration, appointment and booking workflows, lead capture, call routing, third-party integrations, testing and deployment, and ongoing maintenance and optimization. The exact services provided will depend on the proposal, order, or agreement between VoiceAI Studio and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and ensuring that information supplied to VoiceAI Studio may lawfully be used for the requested implementation. Clients are also responsible for reviewing AI agent responses before deployment, approving call flows and integrations, and ensuring that their use of the AI agent complies with applicable laws and industry requirements.
4. AI-Generated Responses
AI voice agents generate responses using artificial intelligence and may occasionally provide inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate information. AI agents should be tested and reviewed before being deployed for customer-facing use. AI agents should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
5. Third-Party Services
Our services may depend on third-party platforms, including AI, telephony, hosting, calendar, payment, and other technology providers. Third-party services may have their own terms, pricing, availability, limitations, and privacy policies. VoiceAI Studio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or failures of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
6. Healthcare and Sensitive Information
Unless specifically agreed in writing, VoiceAI Studio does not represent that a particular AI voice implementation is compliant with HIPAA or any other sector-specific regulatory framework. Clients operating in healthcare or other regulated industries are responsible for identifying their regulatory requirements and requesting appropriate configurations and contractual arrangements where necessary.
7. Fees and Payment
Service fees are communicated to clients before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project work may require an upfront payment before development begins. Recurring services may be billed monthly according to the agreed service plan. Third-party usage charges, telephony costs, AI platform costs, or other external charges may be billed separately where applicable.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms will be determined by the applicable proposal, invoice, or client agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees for completed development work, third-party services, usage charges, and other non-refundable costs may not be refundable.
9. Intellectual Property
VoiceAI Studio retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, processes, templates, know-how, and proprietary materials. Client-specific content and business information supplied by the client remain the client’s property. Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables will be determined by the applicable client agreement. Third-party platforms and services remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoiceAI Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services. VoiceAI Studio does not guarantee that an AI agent will operate without interruption or that it will prevent every missed call, lead loss, scheduling error, or customer-service issue.
11. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with website operation; copy or reproduce our proprietary materials without permission; or misuse our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
